Weight Loss Hypnosis-Healthy Mindset & Habit Creation Level 4

Weight loss hypnosis session philosophy-this weight loss hypnosis mp3 session  and journal assignment addresses the need to slow down. Do you know that when you slow down and release urgency you encourage more positive chemistry within in your body?

It is very natural to want to lose weight rapidly but we know that placing this expectation on our body is not realistic or fair. What might happen if you allowed yourself to slow down and release the urgency while at the same time still taking good care of yourself by eating well and moving your body?

Imagine how good you could help yourself feel. There is a lightness that comes when we are good to ourselves. We feel it in our mind and our spirit and in its own time, the body catches up.

Research shows that stress increases cortisol and this hormone encourages our body to store fat, often in the tummy area. Intentional slowing down decreases the production of this fat holding chemical. When we take care of ourselves we are happier and more relaxed. This makes it much easier to make good decisions around food and movement. Some studies even show that reducing stress decreases cravings for sweets and fatty food.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
