Weight Loss Hypnosis-Healthy Mindset & Habit Creation Level 6

Weight loss hypnosis session philosophy-this weight loss hypnosis mp3 and journal assignment addresses sleep. Can you support your weight loss efforts through programming natural deep sleeps? There is evidence that shows a correlation between getting good nights sleep and maintaining a healthy weight.

Research is beginning to suggest that how well we sleep is related to the chemicals/hormones in our bodies. This should not be a surprise to anyone. We know that a chronic lack of sleep impacts our ability to think clearly and negatively impacts our physical energy levels. When our emotional and physical resources are low we are more apt to want to sooth ourselves with comfort foods (and low energy activities). You no doubt have tried to give yourself a quick energy boost in the afternoon with coffee/pop and /or an unhealthy snack. People do this all the time.

We could say that the connection between sleep and weight is old information to anyone who has an understanding of the basic mind/body connection. What may be newer information is that research is identifying the actual chemicals that influence appetite and the interplay between these chemicals and how we sleep. We already know that stress hormones are instrumental in making the body (especially tummy area in women) store fat.

We know that long term chronic lack of deep restful sleep can result in higher stress levels. One benefit of hypnosis is a good night’s sleep. It is not unusual to see sleep improving with hypnosis, even when sleep issues are not a presenting concern.

This mp3 will support you to release the stress of the day and move into a better sleep pattern that is restorative. Oftentimes new sleep hygiene patterns can be habituated fairly quickly. Programming a consistent good night`s sleep might be the number one factor in creating physical, mental and emotional well being.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
