Session philosophy-this mp3 session addresses setting yourself up for success. Begin this e-course by committing to the development of necessary routines for listening so that you can make the best possible use of this program. Systematically taking one sure step at a time and building a strong foundation to meet your goals is the focus.

Taking the time to create the right listening environment is important. This week you will can begin to condition the ability to relax and move into a receptive state. This will allow you to receive the suggestions that are right for you as you move through the weeks ahead.

Make a commitment to completing the journal assignments and consider attending at least one workshop.
