Weight Loss Hypnosis-Healthy Mindset & Habit Creation Level 1

Session philosophy-this mp3 session will support you to explore your vision of a healthier and slimmer body. Your vision will continue to be refined as you move through the program. This session encourages you to develop clarity around your “why” and assists in the development of a mental vision board. Creating, refining, and making regular use of a mental vision board will support and encourage your progress.

As you refine your vision over the months ahead you will be learning and practicing new ways of being. Creating a healthier body is less about numbers on a scale and more about lifestyle choices. Continually refining your vision will allow you to consider what experience you want your body to have and how you want to use and move your body. The vision includes a you that feels healthy, in charge, strong and proud of your accomplishments.

You have chosen your goals for specific reasons, these “whys” fuel you to keep moving forward. Refining your vision includes the acceptance of the journey and the steps involved in creating a healthier and slimmer body. You will find that your vision continues to shift as you commit to the journey and stay focused on the small steps.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
