Session philosophy-this mp3 session addresses being in charge. When we think, feel, and behave in a reactive fashion we are not in control of ourselves or our lives. Over the past months, you have worked to increase your self influence and will continue to do so with this session. Creating a healthier and slimmer body requires that you give up excuses and become committed to your goals. No one can reach your goals for you. Your goals require your attention, and commitment. Your determination to create healthier mindsets, to move your body and treat your whole being with the love and respect it deserves can only be supplied by you.

Accepting 100% personal accountability for yourself is critical if you truly want to create a healthier slimmer body. Any significant goal you have ever achieved required your sustained focus and a shift in beliefs and actions. Being able to influence yourself puts you in a unique and powerful position. You will likely notice that the mindsets you have created in relation to weight have a positive impact on other areas of your life. Personal accountability in one important area naturally begins to influence other significant areas of our lives.
