This weight loss session is about continuing to explore what is right for you personally.
You will gently remind yourself that you are moving forward. You have begun to
set yourself up for success, begun to listen to your body, have looked at
refining your vision, began to explore emotional eating triggers and have
revisited the feelings of hunger and feeling full.
You can begin to explore portions in a new and creative manner in this
session. This exercise will be unlike any other you
have ever participated in when it comes to "portions." You will not be asked to
weigh food or compare the amount next to your fist size.
Instead you will continue to make use of a relaxed receptive state to begin
to explore timelines around servings on your plate. This is a fun and
imaginative weight loss session. Consider moving into the "right" helpings for your future, size one step at a
time and allow yourself to feel empowered in the process.
