Weight Loss Hypnosis Program

Weight Loss Hypnosis-Healthy Mindset & Habit Creation Level 2

Weight loss hypnosis session philosophy-this weight loss hypnosis mp3 and journal assignment begins to look at eating habits. We will be breaking down eating associations in terms of locations. Overtime you have developed habitual behavior in terms of where you eat. This weight loss hypnosis mp3 session will bring eating locations to a new level of awareness. Once at the surface, you can examine them and begin to make new and deliberate decisions.

Your state and your intentions with the food that you eat are anchored to specific locations. This is an empowering session as it encourages you to begin to look at eating from a spatial perspective. Our intention here is to continue to shake up old patterns and encourage our inner robot to consider new possibilities.

This is a shift from calorie thinking and a move to how we pair places with food. These places are paired with emotion.

-You may have eating locations associated with relaxation.

-You may have eating locations associated with rushed feelings.

-You may have locations associated with mindless eating.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
