Weight Loss Hypnosis-Healthy Mindset & Habit Creation Level 4

Weight loss hypnosis session philosophy-this weight loss mp3 and journal assignment addresses weight fluctuations, which are a natural and normal occurrence. Unfortunately, we expect our bodies to maintain an exact weight over the years. As we age our metabolism changes, we have transitions such as moving into puberty, childbirth and menopause. Yet we seem to forget that our bodies respond to the stress of transitions and require new levels of care.

Ups and downs are a part of life. Striving to achieve a sense of inner balance that allows us to create and release good chemicals in our body makes sense. Research tells us that stress "packs on the pounds" and we know that cortisol encourages our cells to store fat.

What would it be like to begin to have a new empathy for your body and allow it to move into balance through gentle messages versus the typical internal frustrated messages that seem to deny the reality of life transitions? When you experience life challenges and transitions your body responds. In times of stress it is particularly important to fuel your body, to listen to your body and rest your body.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
