Weight Loss Hypnosis Program

Weight Loss Hypnosis-Healthy Mindset & Habit Creation Level 9

Weight loss hypnosis session philosophy-this weight loss hypnosis mp3 and journal assignment addresses drive-thrus. How would you feel about just driving past the drive thru without thinking twice? Some people are able to do this very naturally. They do not notice the signs and have absolutely no internal reaction to the advertising.

These people drive to and from work without giving fast food any consideration at all. These people have no idea of the sheer number of fast food drive thru signs that they pass. It may be registered on an other then conscious level but there is no dis-empowering association built in.

That is to say there is no reaction to the visual of drive thrus, taste and smell is not triggered. This means energy or willpower is not required to manage temptation.

Drive thrus are only a temptation because associations have been developed and strengthened over time. These associations can be weakened and new healthier associations can be created so that driving right on by drive thru’s becomes second nature and easy.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
