Weight Loss Hypnosis-Healthy Mindset & Habit Creation Level 9

Weight loss hypnosis session philosophy-this weight loss hypnosis mp3 and journal assignment addresses food cravings. How important is managing cravings when it comes to moving into a healthier and slimmer body? Some people have very little cravings while other have challenges with cravings when they are stressed out or having hormonal surges.

Even people with great eating and exercise habits fight food cravings. Although they are making good strides towards moving into their weight loss goals, they still periodically must manage the demon of strong cravings.

How we mange our cravings becomes a patterned response. Cravings build at the subconscious level without our conscious awareness, and they can take a strong hold. Cravings can almost have a life of their own. Attempt to battle cravings with willpower results in lost energy and later, poor decision making.

There are a set of systematic steps that lead up to a full blown craving. The more these steps can be brought to conscious level awareness the more we can deliberately manage them in a manner that creates a win-win between the part of us that wants immediate gratification and the part of us that is strongly committed to a healthy and slimmer body.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
