For many clients the experience of

These individuals sometimes question whether an
anger management issue is at the root of depression. There are a range of reasons why some people are more vulnerable to depression. However, being emotionally and physically depleted can set the stage for becoming easily triggered and irritable.
Irritable reactions create a physiological outcome, impact relationships, and overtime can become a hard-wired path of least resistance, building momentum in a vicious cycle. The subconscious mind makes no distinction as to whether a conditioned, automatic triggered response is in our best interest.
