COMPLIMENTARY WORKBOOK
PROTECTING & CARING FOR THE FUTURE YOU-SUPPORTING THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND TO ACCEPT A NEW SELF-IMAGE.

The three (3) intentions of this 61 page workbook are:

1. to support you to have a greater awareness about how you operate and become a little suspicious about why you think, feel and behave as you do.

2. to support you be more, do more and have more by becoming absolutely positively obsessed (A.P.O) with becoming the CEO of your life.

3. to support you to begin closing the GAP between where you are now and where you would prefer to be in life.

Creating lasting change requires a shift in self-image. Your self-image is deeply rooted and new perceptions must be accepted and absorbed by the stubborn robotic subconscious mind if you intend to create lasting change. Beginning to see yourself as being the CEO of your life is critical.

By the end of the workbook you will have completed a range of self-assessments, taken on the role of “social scientist” and developed a preliminary plan for a realistic goal that is important to you.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
