Outcomes are directly related to your assessment phase and the work phase. You can review both of these under the comprehensive customization and services link.

Regardless of your presenting concern/s whether are related to your personal or professional life ( lacking confidence, struggling with your career, being challenged financially, constantly feeling stressed, angry, anxious or depressed, experiencing insomnia, having issues with substances, or feeling unsatisfied in your relationships:

You will be supported to:

  • shift beliefs (consciously choosing new beliefs and installing these beliefs at the subconscious level).
  • create a new healthier self image (choosing the self-image that is in alignment with the goals that you have chosen for this stage of your life vs. the goals that you passively accepted via social programming at an earlier or more vulnerable stage of your development).
  • take actions that are aligned with your potential and with who you are choosing to become, now.

This includes you gaining:

  • increased control over your thinking
  • improved control over your feelings
  • enhanced control over your actions

Additional outcome information can be reviewed via client experiences on topic pages (see menu at the top of the page).

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
