CONFIDENCE CONSTRUCTION WORKSHOP

Kent is a 43-year-old
married professional from Los Angeles. A series of significant life transitions
had as he put it “taken the wind out of my sails.” He described himself as having been
confident, extroverted enterprising person had who lost steam along the way.
He felt that
his confidence was at an all-time low.
He was becoming fearful about his ability to reach his professional
goals and even maintaining his daily work standards was becoming difficult. When
at home, Kent was easily irritated and began isolating himself. His energy was
depleted and he was fearful that his wife would eventually leave him.
