Over the past several emails (begin review at email 56) we have been looking at decisions and actions. I have encouraged you to become more aware of the automatic daily activities you engage in, and recognize that there is a belief backing these ways of being.

  1. What repetitive daily activities are you involved in that serve your goals and the desire to be the CEO of your life?
  2. What repetitive daily activities are you involved in that do not serve your goals and the desire to be the CEO of your life?

Once you have taken the time to observe, to become aware and notice, the next question to ask is:

Was I born with this way of being, or did I learn it?
