Edmonton Hypnotherapy CEO Mindset Daily Newsletter-50
subconscious mind review

In the last email (review email 49) I encouraged you to become curious about the emotional and physical response that each of the questions might trigger for James:

-are there any questions that might nudge the door open to the sense of possibility?
-are there any questions that might automatically slam the door shut to the sense of possibility?

Becoming aware of our automatic triggered responses is critically important and gives us valuable information. The subconscious internal robot reacts quickly. You may remember in an earlier email I suggested that unless we become aware of our programmed reactions, it is difficult to interrupt and replace them.

We have covered a significant amount of information in this educational series. If you have read each email carefully and completed the small exercises offered, you will no doubt have had a few “ah-ha” moments.

The challenge for most people however is implementing what they know. However, it is only by taking new small deliberate actions that we begin to move toward subconscious acceptance of new ways of being (cow paths). Once we decide that something needs to change we must follow that decision up with action. This allows us to close the GAP and become the CEO of our lives.

Once again, I would like to take an opportunity to invite questions. Small pieces of past questions are already incorporated into mail outs, and I will continue to do this for committed active subscribers.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
