Edmonton Hypnotherapy CEO Mindset Daily Newsletter-14
subconscious mind review

Please be sure to review email 13.

We have covered quite a bit of ground in this newsletter series.

Some of the ideas may have felt new to you. Remember, the series is designed to support you in beginning to make a systematic move towards becoming the CEO of your life.

The series is not an end all or be all, but an introduction to the concepts of this work. Many people take considerable time to fully absorb these ideas.
In private programming and the online courses, mindset is explored prior to practicing new ways of being “in the field.” This is because change begins with new mental constructs but we must solidify new ways of being into cellular memory with action.

Let’s explore what begins to surface for people when they begin to develop a CEO mindset. These are pieces of evidence that you yourself may begin to become aware of in time:

  • you begin to notice instances where you feel in charge of yourself as opposed to being at the automatic mercy of past programming or current circumstances.
  • you begin to consciously choose new goals and new beliefs rather than passively allowing others to foist their expectations on you.
  • you begin to move out of an automated way of being and take timely constructive deliberate action that is congruent with a consciously chosen self-image.
  • you begin to notice a strengthened commitment to creating the life you desire.

The above bullets points are inroads to new cow paths. Remember, that our ways of being have often been deeply cemented and our social programming is such that we learn to focus on what is not working. It often takes time to begin to notice what is working.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
