EDMONTON CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY, EXECUTIVE COACHING & ACCELERATED SUBCONSCIOUS RESTRUCTURING FOR CONFIDENCE CONSTRUCTION-HANKS' EXPERIENCE

“Too simple. Why don’t we know this stuff!!! It is fucking fantastic to finally get my head out of my ass. Total turn around. You really know your shit, what a pleasure to work with you.” Hank, H Australia

Hank is a 57-year-old married senior manager with four grown children and several grandchildren. He had ongoing challenges work and at home and was on the brink of exhaustion. The same problems had kept coming up in both arenas of his life and he had continued to attack the problems with the same mindset and methods.

The confidence Hank had as a young man had eroded over time. His response to daily difficulties had resulted in high blood pressure, a strained relationship with his family and a reputation for being difficult at the office.

Hank hails from Australia, and was looking for a discrete solution focused support program. After assessment, a program was customized that allowed for a series of Skype sessions, recordings and field assignments designed to support Hanks subconscious mind to cement new beliefs that would allow for significant changes in how he responded to daily demands and challenges.

Hank recognized that he had failed to upgrade his beliefs and expectations over the years and was fearful that if “something didn’t change” his diminishing confidence in himself would eventually extend to depression. His father had committed suicide after several business failures and when Hank was a child he had developed the belief that failure equals death.

Hank followed through with all program phases, was excited about field assignments, listened to customized recordings nightly, and came to Skype sessions prepared. Since his level of motivation and follow through was high, his progress was relatively fast. Hank is experiencing more confidence and has requested permission to use parts of the solution focused model in the professional development lunch and learn sessions he has begun to provide in his offices.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another: 1) made good use of traditional clinical psychology services  2) made good use of needed medication  3) attended community funded support programs (community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers).

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance (aka cow paths).
