Introverted and extroverted personality types both have their strengths and weaknesses.

Yet, we live in a world that values extroversion.

Extroverts are:

  • generally more comfortable bouncing their ideas off of each other in group situations.
  • more apt to share their feelings and opinions (thus benefiting from feedback).
  • usually able to make a better first impression.
  • generally easier to get to know.

Since introversion is a natural and healthy tendency, with many of its own benefits, the objective is not to "become" an extrovert, rather it is to deliberately and consciously begin to program key facets of a more extroverted way of being so that the beliefs, thoughts, feelings and behaviors of extroversion can be tapped on demand as needed.

Who is this training for?

Research continues to show that those who experience challenges with confidence, anxiety, depression and addiction issues lean towards introversion on personality testing instruments. This is certainly the case at Hypnosis for Life, and individuals who seek support for the above concerns fairly consistently identify themselves as introverts. Psychometric testing most often upholds the personal assessment.

While not all introverts lack confidence, there are facets of this personality type that keep people from reaping the benefits that more extroverted individuals naturally have.

Preparation for training

-workbook completion (you can begin this workbook immediately by requesting the complimentary Protecting & Caring for the Future Self-Supporting the Subconscious Mind to Accept a New Self-Image.

-personality instrument completion (you will receive a link during registration and receive a 16 page interpretive report for use during training)

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
