Remember that our focus is on having more influence over our subconscious mind so that we can close the GAP I have referred to in previous emails.

Closing the GAP requires us to begin to ask a couple seemingly simple questions:

1. How did I get here? (this place in life)

2. How do I get there? (that place in life I would prefer to be)

Note-the ideas offered below are simplistic and addressed more fully in private programming, group, and online portals. The information below is intended to nudge us towards greater awareness, encourage a positive suspicion about how we operate in the now, and generate solution focused thinking towards closing the GAP. If we are to become the CEO of our lives we must be willing to become curious and begin to ask different questions. 


How did I get here? (this place in life)

  • unhealthy influences (inaccurate information and negative conditioning)
  • tentativeness about innate abilities/preferences/desires
  • sensitivity/vulnerability to external messaging (beliefs, expectations of others)
  • lack of clarity about appropriate long-range personal and/or professional goals
  • inconsistent efforts that do not respect the learning needs of the subconscious mind

How do I get there? (that place in life that I would prefer to be)

  • positive influences (accurate information and positive conditioning)
  • confidence in innate abilities and boldness in acquiring new tools
  • sensitivity to internal environment (awareness of unique needs, desires, abilities)
  • clarity about appropriate long-range personal and/or professional goals
  • consistent efforts that do respect the learning needs of the subconscious mind

Again, I offer the above ideas for your consideration. Delving into the two preliminary questions allows us to begin to question innate ways of being and the ways of being that have become automated via social programming.

These questions seem simplistic but the reality is that most people struggle with finding helpful solution focused answers that move us forward with grace and ease.
