Edmonton Hypnotherapy CEO Mindset Daily Newsletter-40
subconscious mind review

In the last email (review email 39) I suggested that you use several questions to continue a self assessment process. I reminded you that our intention with these questions is to move us towards greater internal influence. Over the last month I have also offered a range of small exercises. The number of small assignments or practices geared toward greater self awareness and personal control is truly without limit.

You may remember I suggested that it would be helpful to keep a s.m.a.r.t. goal in mind as you progressed through the workbook. If you have not yet requested this workbook please email me.

Remember that developing a CEO mindset helps us to reach our goal/s and:

  • creating this mindset is not an overnight process.
  • most people take considerable time to work through the ideas offered.

Beyond this educational email series, you can access an online learning classroom and monthly workshop. This option offers more structure and support (audio, video, quizzes, assessment instruments, and field assignments). This is an excellent and affordable alternative to private programming work. You can begin to review links to this option in future emails. Again, the range of small exercises is truly limitless. All that is required is our willingness to be curious and experiment.

Again, I commend you for sticking with me. Maintaining momentum with this process is key, as is reviewing past emails.

The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.

These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.
