The majority of individuals who access services at Hypnosis for Life have, at one time or another made good use of: 1) traditional clinical psychology services  2) medication  3) community counselling, 12 step programs and/or treatment centers.
These options provide initial needed relief, however, relapse is common. Challenges tend to re-occur until the subconscious mind has fully accepted and absorbed new paths of least resistance.

subconscious mind review

In the last email (review email 37) I suggested that when we decide to become the CEO of our lives we must begin to search for information that is in alignment with where we want to be.

Our goal is to address the question of:

How do I get there? (that place in life I would prefer to be). This question focuses our attention on how we intend to close the GAP.

In email 8 I suggested that we need to question our ways of being and consider the following:

  • positive influences (accurate information and positive conditioning)
  • confidence in innate abilities and boldness in acquiring new tools
  • sensitivity to internal environment (awareness of unique needs, desires, abilities)
  • clarity about appropriate long-range personal and/or professional goals
  • consistent efforts that do respect the learning needs of the subconscious mind

I have touched on each of these bullet points in previous emails, offered small exercises along the way, and will continue to do so.  However, unless we make deliberate use of accurate information little will change.

I encourage you to begin to assess your level of commitment and follow through with this educational series. Ask yourself the following questions and be honest with yourself:

-how dedicated have I been in reading each email?

-how devoted have I been to my personal growth?

-how much action have I been willing to take?

Over a month ago (email 2) I suggested that wanting a better life means we must become absolutely positively obsessed (A.P.O) with the creation of something better. Anything less then this and we are apt to remain stuck.

So ask yourself the questions above with the intention of using them as a means to move forward rather then as a means to validate a victim stance.

My intention is to encourage you to become more curious about where you are, where you want to be and what it will require from you to get there. This is the "gap" we address in private sessions, and group.
