Taking the time to work through
the journal questions and profile two subjects allows you to start making conscious,
deliberate decisions about what new incremental beliefs, thoughts, feelings and
behaviors will be required in order for you to meet your goal and
protect and care for the “future you.”
Once you have clarity it is
a matter of cementing these new ways of being. Continue to review your workbook
from time to time. Consider completing the workbook again in three (3) months
This will allow you to use your previous answers as a measurement of
progress and it will highlight areas that need your continued
You may be satisfied with the
progression of your goal or you may determine that you need
additional support in moving forward.
If this is the case, keep in mind

Closing the GAP between where
we are and where we want to be often requires additional tools and strategies simply because the subconscious mind is not easily swayed.
