(cost includes workshop, supplies and snacks)

The following small group workshops are available;

  • Confidence building
  • Learn to relax
We require a minimum of five (5) same sex individuals for a small group.

Yoga mat, blanket, pillow and comfortable clothing will be needed on the day of the workshop.
