Understanding the dynamic interplay between
innate personality preferences and the programmed ways of being that the subconscious mind has accepted, allows us
to develop greater influence over the robotic mind. This is a must, if we are to create long term changes.
The principles, tools and strategies offered at this workshop are relevant to-anxiety, depression, anger, stress, addictions and confidence issues.
Before the weekend workshop
Complete the psychometric instrument MBTI®
Step 2 on the online portal. Review a sample interpretive
report. Our innate personality preferences impact every area of our lives and play a strong role in:
-our communication style
-our decision-making style
-our change management style
-our conflict management style
During this weekend workshop,
- work through the 4 part Cow Path Model of Change™ (external influences of social programming)
- begin integrating results from your MBTI®
Step 2 (internal influences of innate preferences)
After the weekend workshop,
- have access to the online classroom designed to further support your integration of the Cow Path Model of Change™ and the MBTI®
Step 2 outcomes.
- maintain the momentum you have created via the curriculum (lessons, assignments, recordings)
