What would you like it to be? Would you like to see food as primarily a source of fuel? Would you like to have a relationship with food that allowed you to take it or leave it? Maybe you would like to simply enjoy food at the right time, and in the right amounts?

We have many different relationships in our lives and some are healthy and others not so healthy. The healthy relationships we can enjoy and appreciate how they uplift and nourish us. Some relationships need a bit of an overhaul. Often our relationship with food can need a little updating.

We begin creating changes to relationships from a place of awareness. Food isn't an enemy; it is a wonderful aspect of our lives when we begin to create a relationship based on respect. All good relationships are created; they generally don't just happen.
