Self sabotage

Self sabotage keeps us from feeling good and being happy. Self sabotage is a term thrown about quite frequently. What does it mean to you?  Why do we do it? To my way of thinking, we self sabotage for a very simple reason.

We simply get stuck on a cowpath or path of least resistance in our  thinking habits. Let’s quit "pathologizing" and recognize that we are creatures of habit and begin to work from this premise.In this spirit of encouraging positive personal influence I request that you read this site with an open mind but a willingness to question my thoughts and ideas.

Take what works for you, revise what you wish to revise, refine it so it fits for you and of course, throw out anything that makes no sense to you. I am but one source of information. You come to this site already programmed with ideas and beliefs about the self sabotage and the thinking process.
