Stress Management
Unmanaged or poorly managed stress states negatively impact our health (physically, mentally and spiritually). Poor state management erodes our relationships with people we love and care about. A stress state damages our ability to make good decisions. Unmanaged stress is potentially deadly. We know now that many illnesses are stress related.
People who have learnt to relax their body and to manage their minds are more productive,
creative and healthier in the long run. They are usually more fun and interesting to be around then stressed out individuals! These individuals often manage their thoughts in a manner that allows them to be productive and peaceful.
Chronic long term stress suppresses the
immune system; it lowers our resistance
and makes us vulnerable to illness and
disease. The mind body connection is an accepted fact and we need to respect the interplay between our thinking and our well being.
We simply are more effective and productive in our roles once we gain control and learn to work with our incredible subconscious minds. With a little practice and practical tools we can learn to choose states that feel good.
