Mind Mastery and Neuro Linguistic Programming Hypnosis aka Neuro Hypnosis
NLP presupposes that people do not need to be "fixed" but are resourceful and capable. Tools and strategies are aimed at supporting individuals to reconnect with their own amazing abilities:) NLP is fun, dynamic and engaging. This is not a passive approach but one of collaboration. NLP is a preferred mode for people who want to actively engage in their own transformation versus being "fixed." Specifically, what is neuro linguistic programming?
- NLP has been referred to as "software for the brain."
- Simply put, neuro linguistic programming pulls together three components of our human experience including our neurology, the language we use (body and words) and programming or conditioning.
Neurology simply means how our body functions (we communicate with the world around us through out senses), we use language to “code” our experiences and programming refers to the idea that there is a process we go through to perceive and create our world. NLP is a framework rich with exciting and even fun techniques/tools. This modality is used in counseling, education, sales and leadership. NLP is multi-dimensional and is interested in providing tools and strategies towards the development of success, competence and behavioral flexibility. Individual excellence built on the ability to program strategic thinking and create empowering beliefs are cornerstones; expanding and enriching our perception of choices makes for powerful living. With NLP we can become curious and explore our vision, identity and life mission. Change can be an exciting adventure. Mind Mastery Workshops draw heavily on nlp philosophy and strategy. - This simply means that the time is spent in active engagement with exercise and hands on opportunities to play with new ways of thinking and experiencing.
- These hands on tools allow for practical applications in real life allowing for a sense of empowerment.
- Feeling in charge of thinking allows us to be in charge of our emotions and our behaviors.
