to one degree or another. If you are consistently getting poor results
in one or more areas of your life then you are running thought programs
Let's not "pathologize" this reality. Everyone has some level of pain or challenge. Those who do not are...dead. You very likely do NOT need long term intrusive therapy but do need new tools and strategies. Once you commit to gathering them and using them your life simply gets better. Period:)

Stinking thinking is a HABIT.
It is automatic, second nature and autopilot thinking. I refer to these paths of least resistance as our COWPATHS. Well worn rutted paths of thinking that show up and create problems in the following areas:
Our habitual thinking is clearly related to our beliefs and many of of beliefs are outdated. Our beliefs were installed by "early programmers" who often had their own set of baggage.
We continue to carry old, ragged, useless, limiting beliefs year after year. Even worse...
WE DEFEND THEM!
We go out of our way to convince ourselves and the world around us that we really want to create positive change, "But we can't because...1...2...3....4...5...6 the list of excuses is endless. The truth is that we are challenged to change because beliefs are at the heart of EVERY problem we face and changing them requires new thinking habits.
Stinking thinking interferes with the creation of an amazing life.
Maintaining old dis-empowering thought patterns can be a safe place but it comes with a price. It is these old dis-empowering beliefs that create unproductive emotions which in turn fuel negative sabotaging behaviors. We can begin to create new outcomes only when we accept full responsibility for mastering our thoughts. When we learn to master our thoughts this flows out and into our relationships, careers, finances and over all well being.
