But admit it.
If you have made some decisions along the way that have gotten you in hot water or have gotten in the way of your progress, admit it.

Decisions made during high emotion are lodged as irrational beliefs in the subconscious mind...sad but true.
Moving on means being willing to say “I messed up, I screwed up, I fucked up or I made a mess.”
