Daily the office receives calls and email from people world wide, hoping to make good use of hypnosis for a current problem. After ten years of offering clinical hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming, I continue to be surprised by how little people actually know about these amazing modalities. When we marry the two together we not only have the ability to create subconscious shifts, but more importantly, we are exposed to the needed tools that make them stick.
Our wonderful subconscious mind is powerful and stubborn. Most people try to create change through willpower. However, when we begin to understand how the mind operates we recognize that willpower alone rarely allows us to maintain desired results. We need to work "with" the subconscious mind, not against it.
This unique series will offer you a fresh and empowering perspective about the process of change. Social psychology concepts related to the change process as well as neuro science data that offers a purely scientific understanding of how the brain responds to hypnosis will be offered. Neuroplasticity is an important concept and we will address how and why this is so important to the change process.
In addition, the series is peppered with a generous quantity of practical tools and strategies. Neuro linguistic programming is an exciting technology that allows us to get one step ahead of the stubborn subconscious mind, in a respectful manner. Tools and strategies take over where hypnosis leaves off.
This series is educational in nature. It is not intended to provide "mystical inspiration." This series will likely only be a fit for you if you have a genuine curiosity about programming the mind and the process of doing so from a practical standpoint.
