Bedtime recording

During Week #6 you will listen to one recording at bedtime. This week is designed to bring all the bits and pieces together, shifts continuing to occur on both conscious and subconscious levels.

Encouraging the continuance of thoughts and behaviors that are congruent with the healthy vision you have created. Developing a conscious awareness of the steps, the incremental positive differences, dwelling in these modifications, positively replaying successes, being sure to benefit from them, fully emotionally associating with the changes you are creating.

Please be sure to listen to Week #6 for one full week. After this, you can pick and choose from the recordings, re-listening randomly to those that you believe will most benefit you.
