This week consists of a daily morning and bedtime recording.

You will continue to condition a relaxed receptive response. During this week you will begin to lay tracks for choosing healthy foods and portions. Gently and firmly directing your thoughts towards empowering behaviors and allowing yourself to experience success.

In your minds eye, fully stepping into healthy choices, subconsciously rehearsing and creating future memories, training your mind to stay focused on what you strongly desire. You will continue to polish your vision. Making decisions that move you toward a healthy lifestyle, healthy body weight and a sense of being in charge.

Be sure to take the time to listen to both the morning and evening recording. Listen for a full week with the intention to make good use of the suggestions that fit best fit you.
