Healthy weight hypnosis week #3
This week consists of a morning and bedtime recording.

During Week #3 it becomes easier and easier for you to quickly move into a state of relaxed receptiveness. During this week you can begin to address the issue of using food to comfort. Through this week and the program in general you will begin to learn that you can manage your state, shifting into a feeling of being relaxed, in charge and easily stepping into behaviors that are congruent with the vision you have been creating.

Using your wonderful imagination whilst in a relaxed receptive state you will engage in subconscious rehearsal, thereby laying tracks, creating future memories of successfully moving into a vision that continues to be refined. Generalizing thoughts and behaviors into fully awake day time hours becomes more plausible.

Remember, it is important to make full use of the recordings. Set an intention to listen to the morning and bedtime recordings for a good week, benefiting from the repetition and fully engaging your imagination.
