Healthy weight hypnosis week #2
This week consists of a morning and bedtime recording.

During this week you will begin to develop a strong clear vision for yourself. Shifting the focus from what you are moving away from and what you are choosing to move into. Firmly and gently directing your mind to dwell on an outcome that uplifts and energizes; positively anticipating and visualizing a you that is a healthy weight, strong and in charge of your well being.

All too often the focus has become negatively stuck and the words, images, sensations being replayed on conscious and unconscious levels are not congruent with what one truly desires; a healthy body and lifestyle.

This week builds on the previous week. Again, it is important to listen to the recordings for a full week. Both the morning and bedtime recordings are designed to easily fit into your schedule. Relax and listen with an intention to absorb and engage your imagination.
