This week consists of one bedtime recording.
During Week #1 you will be introduced to the use of self hypnosis. The program has been designed for use on an mp3 player such as an ipod, with ear phones. Simply by relaxing and listening to the recording at bedtime you will learn to place yourself into a relaxed, focused, safe, receptive state.
This state is very natural and normal. We often find ourselves in this state but now you will be deliberately accessing it and conditioning it. It is important to condition this skill before moving into the subsequent weeks. This ability will be key in helping you to move into the vision you will create and to begin to shift into new thought and behavior habits in the weeks to come.
Make a commitment to fully listen to and absorb this recording for a full week. Please do not skip ahead; this program builds on each week. After you have completed the six weeks you may then decide to repeated specific sections.
