Session Structure and Price

Specifically how does a hypnosis session unfold?

Your face to face hypnosis session is at minimum 2 and 1/2 hours in length.

• You will be asked to complete a brief written intake
• If mind mastery is of interest to you, you will be offered a hypnotic framework that outlines tools strategies
• Short break for snack or bathroom
• Hypnosis session
• Free follow up will be offered to reinforce discovery and programming. Specifically:
  • Custom hypnosis audio mp3
  • Take away assignment
  • Access to follow up emails

• An open curious mind (mandatory)
• Your favorite blanket (optional)
• A light snack (optional)

Any additional time beyond 2 1/2 hours is not pro rated and yes, it is not unusual to have a lengthier session depending on your needs. You will be surprised how quickly the time passes. The follow up offered above is a part of the session package as well.
