Edmonton Hypnosis for Life Inc. is run by Terri Cooper RSW CCHT, NLP-M, DCH who is a social worker with a doctorate in clinical hypnotherapy. We provide ethical, confidential & affordable hypnosis and hypnotherapy services in Edmonton, Alberta and for guests from surrounding communities.

Utilizing a process of SELF DISCOVERY and REPROGRAMMING you can begin to transform thoughts and behaviors and take charge of your WELL BEING.

Hypnosis for Life Inc. is an ethical process oriented social work private practice offering hypnosis, clinical hypnotherapy, solution focused coaching and neurolinguistic programming. As such, we do not advocate or offer a “quick fix” approach. The intention is to offer tools and strategies that are realistic and can be eventually replicated by the client.

Individual sessions
One session is 150 and includes gst. Individual sessions typically run for one hour and are pro-rated if you request additional time. Your first session is an intake/screening appointment used to determine if this is the best service for you and to begin planning for successful outcomes.

Three session program
This program includes a comprehensive intake session and two further sessions. The use of hypnosis, teaching, solution focused coaching and neurolinguistic programming are all part of this experience. This program is 425 and includes gst . There is no pro-rate for time spent over and above the hour booked. Most individuals attend for a minimum of three sessions.

Four session program
Changing behaviors, thoughts and feelings takes a commitment. Lasting change must be maintained and it must come out of a realistic, incremental approach. This 4 session program is 500 and includes gst. This program is built on a process oriented, solution focused approach whereby strategies/tools are taught and practiced over four sessions. Hypnosis and neurolinguistic programming are a part of this experience.
