Hypnosis for Life Inc. has offices in Edmonton and St. Albert and offers program downloads, individual sessions and full day workshops. Services are provided to Edmonton and St. Albert residents as well as guests from surrounding communities.

Downloads

These program downloads are convenient and cost efficient options to individual work. You receive many sessions without driving to the office and you can relax in your own home as you listen and work through a process. You can move through a process built on hypnosis, neuro linguistic programming and coaching at your own pace as you listen and complete mental rehearsal and real time modifications.

Health Spending Account?

Since Terri Cooper is a registered social worker her services fall under the Health Professions Act. You should be able to submit a receipt for social work services or use the receipt for tax purposes. After you complete your download you will be sent a receipt for social work services.

Quit Smoking Program

This six part quitting smoking system and a extra one hour quit smoking session is intended for your ipod or mp3 player. The program is 275.00 and you can begin now. This quit smoking mp3 program is popular with people who:

Healthy Weight Downloads

This program was inspired by Terri's doctoral project in clinical hypnotherapy which explored the link between weight, hypnosis and the stress hormone cortisol.

This six week program is intended for your ipod or mp3 player. The full program fee is 250. One week at a time is $50. You can begin as soon as you complete your download.
